Croquembouche Wedding Photograghs

I have just recieved some beautiful images from Real Simple Photography of Olivia's Wedding from September.

The photos not only show the towering croquembouche but also the pudding that we made!

400 choux buns filled with creme patissiere flavoured with chocolate were made and delivered to be served with fruits and meringue. Catering courtesy of Sarah Symington, London.
