Day five of the Chocolate School
The last day at Squires Kitchen doing the five day chocolate school.
We finished off today and turned out our filled chocolates and made a very nice chocolate mousse and truffles. There was also the packaging and transport of our cakes and show pieces.
In conclusion, I learnt alot on this course, it was a great introduction to the world of chocolate. I have a feeling a new world has opened up before me and I can see that a 'full on' chocolate wedding cake is now possible to make. I can see how it would be constructed.
I need to buy a 'dry bain marie' and get on with my chocolate! We are never buying Easter eggs again, Bring it on!
