We have been featured in Brides magazine, May/June 2015 - The White Issue.
They asked for a croquembouche to fit their theme of 'white wedding'.
I supplied a towering, white fondant dipped choux bun croquembouche covered in laser cut, rice paper peonies.
A very great experience delivering and making this edible sculpture!
